COMPANY & CAREERS

We are Atompod.

A team of IT and telecom engineers who came together to make vital voice and data services work — and who have spent fifteen years bridging every layer from the physical infrastructure to the application domain.

A WORLD APART

Founded in one of the worst downturns in history.

That is where this started. Atompod Integration was founded in 2009 as part of an effort to simplify telephone and internet services for San Francisco — a team of IT and telecom engineers making vital voice and data communications work so businesses could grow in a tough economy.

We soon found our place as a managed service provider, delivering NOC and technical support alongside technical project management. Since then we have focused on creating genuine quality and building a culture based on open communication and self-ownership — and we now work with a network of field services partners throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Our culture

Technical operations and project management.

Atompod Integration is a single source for end-to-end IT products and services — from initial design, to project deployment, to ongoing support and operations.

Spanning retail, healthcare, office, and data center environments, we deliver everything from new builds to upgrades, with a four-hour same-day emergency response time. Fifteen years in, we still bridge every layer from the physical infrastructure to the application domain.

Atompod technical operations

Infrastructure and network design

From Layer 1 cabling through routing, switching, wireless, identity, and the cloud platforms behind them.

24/7/365 technical support

A staffed Tier 1 desk with escalation to network engineers, and a four-hour same-day emergency response time.

Onsite field IT services

Technicians dispatched across the U.S. and Canada for installs, rollouts, break-fix, and scheduled maintenance.

Project management excellence

Every engagement has an accountable owner — the discipline that holds the other three together.

Unique people and trusted partners

Open communication and self-ownership.

The culture is the product. People here are trusted to own their work, say what they actually think, and raise a problem early rather than manage it quietly. That is what makes a four-hour emergency response realistic rather than aspirational.
